Terms of Service
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These Terms set out the rules that govern your use of Railgun. Please read them carefully before creating an account.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Railgun website, network and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Railgun ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is accessible at railgun.info and related domains.
By creating an account, requesting a verification code, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. The Service
Railgun provides network acceleration and private connectivity tools, including access to relay nodes, subscription configuration endpoints, and a management console ("Console"). The Service is intended for lawful personal and professional use.
We may add, modify, remove, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Features offered as part of a beta or trial may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
The Service may be subject to capacity limits, fair-use quotas, and technical constraints. We do not guarantee any specific speed, latency, uptime, or availability of individual nodes.
3. Your Account
Accounts are created and authenticated using your email address and a one-time verification code. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account and for keeping your inbox secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account, subscription, or node credentials with third parties, and you must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You may maintain one account per person unless we expressly permit otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, quotas, or enforcement actions is prohibited.
4. Free Trial, Purchases and Refunds
We may offer a free trial or free tier with limited functionality. Trial entitlements, quotas, and duration are determined at our sole discretion and may vary.
Paid plans, if offered, are described at the time of purchase. Fees are charged in advance on the billing cycle selected at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions do not automatically renew unless you have enabled renewal; you are responsible for managing your own renewal settings.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
Fees are generally non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit if the Service is materially non-functional during your paid period or where required by applicable law. To request a refund, contact us at the address provided in the "Contact Us" section.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:
- violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
- transmit malware, ransomware, or other harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network;
- conduct denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, brute-force attacks, spamming, phishing, or any other abusive or disruptive activity;
- download, distribute, or share content you know or should know is illegal in the origin or destination jurisdiction;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent;
- circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or technical protection measures, or interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, throttle or filter traffic, or remove content where we consider it necessary to protect the Service, our users, or third parties. We may cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.
6. Service Availability and Maintenance
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, capacity management, or events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including natural disasters, network failures, attacks, strikes, and governmental action.
Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily make the Service or individual nodes unavailable, including email-based sign-in. Where practical, we will announce maintenance in the Console or by email.
7. Third-Party Clients and Software
Using the Service typically requires third-party client software (such as Clash, sing-box, or comparable tools) and a device with a supported operating system. Such software and devices are not provided by us, and we are not responsible for their availability, security, or compliance with these Terms.
You are responsible for complying with the license terms of any third-party software you use with the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, node configurations, documentation, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service, or remove or obscure any proprietary notices.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is suitable for any particular purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our operators, affiliates, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Termination and Suspension
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, fail to pay applicable fees, or where required by law or regulation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
13. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at railgun.info/terms with its "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will endeavor to notify registered users by email or through the Console.
Continuing to use the Service after the effective date of a revised version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If informal resolution fails within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the operator's established jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of substantially all assets.
16. Contact Us
If you have any questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].
